Refund policy

At AlorabyAnindita, we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to understand the conditions and steps involved to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

 


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, you may do within 1-2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@alorabyanindita.com with your order details.

  • If the cancellation request is received before your order has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations will not be possible once the package has been dispatched or booked with the courier.

  • Please explicitly note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier or postal services, and cancellations cannot be made due to such delays.

 


 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders on select products. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Returns apply to Sarees only. Jewellery and customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alorabyanindita.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order ID and reason for return.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping: You may ship the product back at your expense or request a reverse pickup (additional charges apply).

  • Inspection: Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. If the product is in a resalable condition, we will process your return or exchange.

  • Refund: A full refund will only be initiated if the product is found to be defective, supported by proper evidence after inspection.

 


 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Domestic Orders: Exchanges are accepted on Sarees only. Jewellery and customized products are not eligible for exchange.

  • To initiate an exchange, email us at info@alorabyanindita.com with your order ID within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • If the new exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the extra amount. If it costs less, you’ll receive a coupon for the remaining balance. Please note that the given coupon will be valid for 6 months only.

 


 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take utmost care in packaging and inspecting our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@alorabyanindita.com with your order ID and photos of the damaged item.

  • In case of a tampered package, please do not accept delivery and return it to the courier.

  • For genuine defects, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a different product or receive a coupon voucher (valid for one year).

 


 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. You can always contact us for any assistance before making your purchase.

 


 

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has passed the quality check.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 4-7 business days. For Razorpay payments, we will require an Indian bank account or will issue store credit.

  • Shipping charges for the return (unless due to a defect) are the customer’s responsibility.
