Our products are packaged securely in tamper-proof packaging. If your package appears to be tampered with, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery person. Contact us immediately at info@alorabyanindita.com with your Order ID, and we will assist you. If you accept the delivery, we will assume the package was received in good condition.
